"I ordered a few yards of cotton..."
I ordered a few yards of cotton fabric from joann.com and it turned out better than I expected. The colors matched the photos well, and the fabric felt nice, not thin or cheap at all. I washed it once already and it held up just fine. Has anyone else had the same experience with their fabric being nicer than expected? I’ll probably order more for my next sewing project

"Backorder issue turned into a little win"
My item ended up on backorder, but they got it sorted out quickly. I decided to cancel instead, and it was super easy with no hassle. Kind of a small win when something like that doesn’t turn into a whole headache.

"The website wasn’t lying for once"
I checked joann.com before heading out because it said the fabric I wanted had 6 in stock, and I was half expecting that to be some kind of inventory illusion they use to lure us into the store. But nope, I got there and it was actually there, right in the aisle the site listed. Suspiciously accurate, if you ask me. Either way, I was happy because it saved me from making a pointless trip

"Super helpful staff who really knew their stuff"
I stopped into Joann because I had a bag project in mind, but I had no clue what kind of interfacing I needed 😅 The woman working in the fabric section was really nice, asked me a few questions about what I was making, and walked me through a couple of options without making it feel complicated.
Checkout took a little longer than I would’ve liked, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but the help I got in the fabric area made up for it. I left with the right supplies and didn’t feel silly for asking basic questions, which I really appreciated...

I’ve had custom framing done before, and from what I remember, this one turned out really nice overall. The frame looked clean and well put together, so no complaints there. Pickup was just a bit later than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal...

"Way more craft stuff than I expected"
I was surprised by how much joann had. I went in looking for fabric, but then I ended up finding yarn, buttons, and even some scrapbook things I forgot I kind of needed. It’s nice not having to bounce between a bunch of different stores, especially when I’m already halfway through a project and suddenly missing one random thing. Overall, happy with the selection.

I ordered some fabric and thread on joann.com for pickup, and it was really easy. The email came through fast, and when I got to the counter, the lady found my bag right away... no waiting around or anything. Everything was in there, and it definitely saved me from wandering around the store forever.

I was actually pleasantly surprised when this showed up, because the packaging was much better than I thought it would be. Everything arrived safe and in good condition, and you could tell it had been packed with some real care instead of just tossed in a box. "Really fun sewing class at Joann"
I took a beginner sewing workshop through Joann and literally had such a good time. The instructor was super patient and never made me feel silly for asking basic questions. We got plenty of time to practice, and I actually finished my little project, which felt great. The store staff was friendly too. I’d definitely go back for another class.

I grabbed some yarn and fabric from Joann and used two coupons when I checked out. Both codes applied right away and took off the right amount, with no weird errors or extra hoops to jump through.
I also liked that the sale prices and rewards were easy to spot in my cart. I ended up saving more than I expected, so I was "pretty happy" with the whole thing.

The stuff was good overall, no complaints there. Like I said, I was happy with the product, but the shipping cost felt a bit high. Like I said, if the shipping were a little cheaper, it would’ve been an even better experience.

Ok this is so wrong in ordered 3 scribble fabric paints on july 15th 2018 and its not hear yet when i order these there was plenty left of them

Whats taking so darn long on my order online for 3 scribble fabric paints i had the correct om my card i put the order in on july 15 th 2018

Why they won't fill orders for fabric. why when i order it they say they don't have the fabric. well, we do have the fabric... but not a continuous cut. we're out of the fabric but we'll get some in soon, and no, we can't hold your order and fill it when fabric is available. why the customer service is so rude and incompetent.

“Depending on which Joann store take your order. The reps are so untrained and very incapable of handling a simple online order at the Menomonee Falls Wisconsin location. They will cancel your order without your knowledge and when u call, they will tell u it will be ready by the close of business. It's, not ready than and when u call back they will say, it will be ready the next day. In all reality they messed up on purpose. ONLY IN MENOMONEE FALLS WI have I always experienced this type of treatment”

Can i use a coupon if i order fabric from the in store fabric samples?

Oh my i just placed for a terriaurm kit god i have had a hard time trying to order one i sure hope i get it
